Digital Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Overview
We offer digital products, including:

  • Access to our mobile application (via subscription or one-time payment)

  • Downloadable handouts (PDF format), either as one-time purchases or as part of recurring delivery plans.

These products are intended for customers in the United States and the European Union.

 

2. App Access
After completing your purchase:

  • You will receive on-screen confirmation with access instructions;

  • A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

The app can be accessed immediately upon purchase. Please ensure that your device meets the minimum technical requirements listed in the app store description.

 

3. Delivery of Handouts
Handouts are delivered by email:

  • For one-time purchases: immediately after checkout;

  • For recurring plans: at intervals specified in the product description.

Delivery Time: Typically within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 hours.

4. Email Responsibility
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrectly entered email addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all contact information is accurate at the time of purchase.
