Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Refunds (Website Purchases)
If you purchased a subscription directly from our website, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your first subscription payment;

You provide verifiable evidence of regular use of the service (e.g., at least once per week) during that period.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made after the 30-day window;

Renewals or any subsequent billing cycles;

One-time purchases of downloadable handouts (PDFs) — these are non-refundable due to their digital nature and immediate delivery.
All purchases are considered final once access is granted, and your right to withdraw is waived at that point. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
2. Subscription Refunds (App Store Purchases)
If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), refunds must be requested directly through that platform and are subject to their respective policies. We cannot process or influence refunds for App Store purchases.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@seneka.team. We will process your cancellation within 3 business days.
If we are unable to identify your account automatically, we may request additional information (such as the last 4 digits of your card). In such cases, your subscription will not be canceled until the requested information is provided.
Important notes:

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments.

App Store subscriptions must be canceled directly through the store interface.
4. EU Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, unless you explicitly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of this right.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the content is delivered. Refunds are only granted in such cases if the digital content is defective.
