As a parent in 2024, one thing you don’t have to search hard for is information. Advice and professional opinions are everywhere, along with tips on how to become “the perfect parent." I’m talking influencer moms with sparkling homes and Pinterest-perfect birthday parties, and don't even get me started on celebs who bounce back weeks after having a baby. Most of the time, it only leaves us parents with one thing — guilt (ok, maybe mild annoyance too).
The unrealistic parenting standards projected by our society and even our own families at times are impossible to live up to. But you know what? We don't have to. So we went ahead and created a place for parents to breathe, rest, and, most importantly, see that whatever you are feeling and doing is all perfectly acceptable.
Our Facebook community Savvy Parent - Happy Kid welcomes parents who are ready to ditch the perfection myth. Here, you can share highs and lows, laughs and struggles, and everything in between. It’s a judgment-free zone to open up about your parenting fails and get tips — not just any tips, but doable ones.
Who We Are

We all know parenting can be tough, and every age comes with its own set of challenges. We're here for moms and dads of kids as a team of experts and fellow parents with children in this age group. Our focus is personal growth, developing soft skills, and, most importantly, raising happy, confident kids. We believe that happy parents raise happy children and do our best to inspire and energize one another every day!
Our community is growing, and we are always looking for more ways to help and support parents. By joining our Facebook group, you can:
Talk to like-minded parents in a safe, caring space. Whether it’s venting about a hard day or sharing a small victory, there is always a willing listening ear, no judgment.
Get no BS advice from experts and other parents on everything from working through difficult emotions to taming tantrums and pleasing picky eaters.
Access tools to help you create better, stronger relationships with your kids through self-leadership and compassion. Because at the end of the day, happy, confident kids (and successful, well-adjusted adults) come from parents who lead with love, not perfection.
Our Community Guidelines

Here are some pointers on what to expect when you join our Savvy Parent - Happy Kid:
We encourage you to share your own experiences as you are ready. This creates an emotional release, helps you feel connected, and you'll be surprised at how many others face the same struggles. Otherwise, offer support, cheer people on, or just be a compassionate ear — whatever you are comfortable with.
Kindness, empathy, and respect are our core values, and they shape how we communicate. Disagreements are fine and natural but should be handled with grace and respect.
Authentic emotions create real connections, so we try to keep it real in all we do. That also includes checking the facts before advising on anything, especially when it comes to health and safety.
We keep our space strictly bullying and harassment free by continuous moderation and enforcing our rules. Expect an environment that is positive, welcoming, and feedback-driven.
And the best part is that our supercool experts are always around with some helpful resources to draw your parenting wisdom and strength from! We post articles and guides as well as daily exercises and techniques. Join online events for talks about parenting, self-development, emotional regulation, stress management, and much more.
Yes, we are not perfect, but we adore this beautiful mess that is parenting. If you do too, join us on Facebook and let’s chat!
